International Women's Day

We would like to take today's International Women's Day as an opportunity to say THANK YOU to all our female researchers, scientists, innovation drivers and experts from our departments for their commitment and support. With a female quota of almost 45%, Innovent is far above the German average, which was only 28% in the area of research & development in 2019.

We are proud of this and will continue to work for equal career opportunities and the compatibility of family and career in the future.
