Adhesion Promoters, Primers, Bonding and Sealing Agents

In order to introduce new materials and products, it was necessary to develop effective adhesive and primer formulations, as well as suitable chemical pretreatment systems. This resulted in changed requirements for composite parts and new manufacturing processes, which require time and personnel.
 

We offer our expert support, regarding various composite problems in the areas of:

♦ Surface treatment and adhesives for (hot) press composites and vulcanizates

Efficient, rapid development of proposals for solutions to respective problems, is the basis of our work. This is achieved through:

• A long and versatile practice with the selection, development and adaptation of chemical surface pretreatment processes for composite production
• The use of results from completed and current R&D projects for method development
• The application of modern technical equipment to manufacture and test: composite materials, samples or prototypes, as well as to perform load tests

Consequently, pretreatment and adhesive agent variants can be compared and evaluated in the laboratory process, relevant to production. Favored concepts for transfers can be tested on adapted prototypes.
