Outdoor Weathering
Degradation processes triggered by exposure to moisture, oxidation, radiation, and temperature fluctuations lead to the destruction or discoloration of components and coatings. In addition to various accelerated laboratory weathering methods, outdoor weathering can also be used to test aging resistance. Here, too, we rely on chemical, thermal, and/or physical-chemical testing methods for evaluation.
