Water-cooled economy burner
The economy burner is used to generate coatings on various substrates by flame pyrolysis. Compared to conventional coating burners much lower quantities of gas are needed.
The burner is a laboratory model and enables a modular design for different lengths with 1 to 3 burners.
The burner is made of aluminum or brass. It was produced using CNC machines, slot mortising, laser cutting and conventional machines. The water cooling is sealed from the burner gas-filled room by o-rings.
